Lower School Admissions Updates
Guarantee Application Deadline: To guarantee your spot for the Parent/Student Workshop, you must complete all three of the following prerequisites by November 5th, 2026:
- Submit the Parent Written Application
- Submit the IQ Report
- Attend a Get-to-Know Helios Info Night
⚠️ Important: Even if you submitted your initial application early, but did not complete all three of these items by November 5th, you will automatically be moved into the Regular Application pool.
Regular Application Deadline (After November 5th): Workshops will be scheduled based on remaining availability and are not guaranteed. All materials are due by January 7th, 2027.
Lower School Admissions Process
Step 1: Create an account in Ravenna.
Step 2: Attend Get-to-Know Helios Info Night
Step 3: Submit Application and Materials
- Parent Written Application
- IQ Report
- Student and Family Photo
- Parent Video Questionnaire
Step 4: Delegate Forms and Transcript Requests
- Teacher Evaluation Forms
- One teacher evaluation required for Grade 1
- Two teacher evaluations required for Grades 2-4
- 2025-2026 Final Transcript or Preschool Progress Report if applicable
- 2026-2027 Mid-year Progress Report
Step 5: Parent/Student Workshop
Step 6: Parent/Guardian Interview
Upon receiving most of your application materials, your file will undergo an initial review. Following this evaluation, the admissions office may request a parent interview; we will contact you directly if this is required.
While we continue to accept all required materials through our final deadline of January 7th, 2027, we highly encourage families to submit their documents by early November to facilitate a prompt review process.
Step 7: If applying for financial assistance, please submit your application and supporting documents on Clarity by January 7th, 2027.
