Payment and Required Forms
- Payment is due in full upon enrollment. Forms must be completed on time and before June 1st. Campers may not participate in camp programs until all payments have been made and all forms have been completed.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes prior to May 1st:
- You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as long as there is space available and your child is eligible for the camp.
- You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they are eligible for the camp.
- You may receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per session canceled.
If you need to make changes between May 1st and June 1st:
- You may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge as long as there is space available and your child is eligible for the camp.
- You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they are eligible for the camp.
- You may receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of $75 per session canceled.
If you need to make changes after June 1st:
- If there is a waitlist for the camp you are canceling and we can fill your spot, you may transfer your child to any available camp at no charge (as long as there is space available and your child is eligible for the camp).
- You may transfer your camp session to another camper if they are eligible for the camp.
No refunds are given after June 1st.
- After camp begins, camp fees are not refunded or prorated for days missed due to illness, injury, or non-attendance.
Cancellation by Helios School
- If Helios School cancels a camp session due to under-enrollment, you may choose between a 100% refund to the original payment method or transferring your child to any available camp at no charge as long as there is space available and your child is eligible for the camp.
- In the event of an interrupted camp program, the amount of the refund will be prorated for the missed portions of the program.
